Claudia Iannazzo of AlphaPrime Ventures has written a fantastic LinkedIn piece on sexism in venture, and suggested a handful of culture changes that would be great first steps to make:

  • Hire more women investors.
  • Set a diversity goal for the partnership.
  • Amplify women’s voices (a la the Obama administration).
  • Host a women’s access dinner.
  • Make sure that the panels you speak on include women.
  • Make sure that the articles you’re quoted in are citing women.
  • Support women’s development.
