The Flow That Happens When We Take The Time
“What are you going to do today?”
“I don’t know,” may have been the best answer so far. Wonders occur when life and divine love collaborate, hand in hand. The unknown is not the enemy, nor the ultimate confusing force, but a welcome companion of ether, sea, and land.
Then, one could answer, “Whatever flows.” I have learned to prefer this concept. Humans tend to become a little edgy around it. Be that and they as they may.
Yesterday was, one might observe, a perfect day. It began with favorite things and ended with a similar flow of Grace. “How lucky!” one might say. Yes, and perhaps it was not so much luck but the inevitable outcome of knowing what uplifts, brings joy, produces a flow of divine pleasure, and simply carries one away. Yesterday was such a day.
Some things bear repeating. To others, I have said my goodbyes with heartfelt happiness. Why spoil a perfect ending? Why walk that road again?
As I inch my way through this morning, I wonder at completions and new beginnings. How long has it been since I allowed myself to feel my deep love for this land?
