Surrendering the Seeds of Discontent
Their time has come, and our inner opiates need not fester.
On a traditional spiritual path, discontent is positively cultivated. It goads and cattle-prods one into allegedly higher and brighter aspirations, with the obvious or, more insidious, covert intention of keeping one on the path. What happens when all such paths shift and change? Whoa. Gobsmack.
Current transits beg the question: Is there a previously forged path one must follow through the approaching storms? Would a bit of flexibility not be in order? When all things are changing…bear with me here.
I am laughing out loud as the inner “Mother Bear” is most definitely in residence. Her paw swipe comes from the instinct to redirect, protect, and encourage. Never was it intended to send one down a rabbit hole of shame, worthlessness, or self-condemnation. Sheesh! All that spiritual ego could maybe get over itself? What if no one is right and no one is wrong, and everything has to do with resonant and non-resonant frequencies? What if we are being led, ever so gently, away from old versions of ourselves before they hit the cosmic fan? Fiercely gentle is just around the corner.
Lily pads and baby steps beckon us to the intricacies of a new dance of moving and being. Its delicate deliciousness is available to us…
