The Silent Heroes of Division J
An introduction to the Division J Member Recognition Program
Launched in January 2015, the Silent Hero is a program by Division J to recognize its most dedicated members. To be precise, the Silent Hero program focuses on recognizing individual members. These members are Toastmasters that have displayed extraordinary commitment.
They are the ones that have gone out of their way to display the Toastmaster values of RISE. They are ones dedicated to helping others in their club grow both as speakers and leaders. Division J wants to identify these members and recognize them so that we can further empower them on their journey of personal growth.
This is solely to empower members. It is NOT a program to recognize members who have progressed in the educational and leadership awards or who have taken most club roles or who have consistently won competitions. It has to be on a more emotional level, focused on accountability and bias for action.
The Following Toastmasters were recognized during previous Toastmaster years as Silent Heroes.
