What about lunch and dinner?

The table is set!

Walk into any new office set up today and we hear the sound of ping pong, the screams at the foosball table, TV on full volume, people snacking and walking around in comfortable clothes and flip-flops, coke in hand. Lazing on beanbags listening to music, coding hard,

This to many is culture! Colorful, vibrant office spaces, food in plenty, freedom.

At Divum, we believe in Culture First.

To some from the modern startup world, we may seem lackluster.

Plain vanilla office space, no fancy cabins or seating, open, white space. Fans whirring away, people chattering.

We believe in continuous learning, ownership and responsibility.

Empowering through constant skill enhancement. Right to learn.

Equal respect for every individual.

Through empathy and communication.

Human-centric culture.

This is what helps us achieve what we need to do.

It defines our purpose.

It leverages our strengths in every other area of development to provide the winning edge.

Our culture does not stop within our walls, but extends to every product we have delivered, in every business, we have served, to every indirect customer we have satisfied.

We can never put a number on our cultures direct impact on employee morale and satisfaction. The output of it is seen in the numerous projects we have successfully delivered, in the progressive technologies, we have adopted with ease, through the agility in which we adapt and move forward. In the breadth of skills and knowledge, our developers build. In the cheerful smiles and greetings, when they enter work in the morning. And the constant forging ahead in a competitive world.

This gives us our measure.

Desserts are always welcome!!

And thus our strategy is now built around this measure.

Work is fun!
