Why is dKargo doing this business?

dKargo records logistics data on a blockchain network to solve the problems caused by the asymmetry of information in the logistics market. We aim to create the most efficient and innovative logistics market.

How will dKargo build the project?

dKargo plans to create an innovative blockchain-based logistics ecosystem that is entirely new in the currently existing logistics ecosystem. dKargo intends to create a virtuous cycle through a seamless connection between the end-to-end logistics system and blockchain network.

To achieve this goal, dKargo should primarily focus on creating a logistics order and bringing stable logistics orders into the new logistics ecosystem from corporate shippers (B2B shippers).

Then, dKargo will bring the logistics orders of individual shippers (C2C shippers) into the ecosystem.

Lastly, we will bring carriers (drivers, deliverymen, etc.) who can carry the generated order into the ecosystem. Once the end-to-end logistics system of each side is completed, reliable logistics data will be recorded on the blockchain network, creating innovative logistics services through collaboration among participants in the logistics ecosystem.

What have you made, and are you making?

In 2022, dKargo created a dFull (dKargo Fulfillment Service), a system for corporate shippers that can generate large amounts of logistics orders to secure corporate shippers (B2B shippers).

Corporate shippers can conveniently order logistics orders through dOMS within dFull, and can manage ordered orders in real-time. The dFull includes dWMS (dKargo Warehouse Management System) function, enabling real-time warehouse management.

We developed a dScanner (dKargo blockchain scanner) to check the flow of generated orders in real time. And through dKlip, embedded in dFull, management of token collaterals and rewarded token is possible.

In 2023, we plan to develop “LODIS: Ship” that can bring logistics orders of individual Shipper (C2C) shippers into the new logistics ecosystem. We also aim to develop ‘LODIS: Pick’ that allows carriers to carry out such orders. And we plan to launch a community to continuously supply participants and revitalize the ecosystem.

Q1 2023 — Establish LODIS Core, an open logistics ecosystem
that transcends boundaries

LODIS Core, powered by dFull and dScanner, manages shippers’ logistics orders and improves competitiveness and reliability. Carriers receive optimized orders matched through Service Gateway, Data Hub, AIROE Engine, and Auth.

LODIS Core function development

  • Service Gateway
  • Data Hub
  • AIROE Engine
  • Auth.

Development of $DKA-based settlement and reward functions

  • Escrow based on Smart Contract

Q2 2023 — Launched Last-mile Platform: LODIS SHIP & PICK

LODIS: SHIP

It provides a transportation information network based on data recorded on the blockchain, providing responsible services from beginning to end, such as real-time delivery status through the transportation tracking system, clean and safe delivery, and transparent settlement.

LODIS: PICK

We collect orders in various fields to provide calls to a wide range of carriers, including cargo trucks. We record these transportation histories on the blockchain which can be utilized for carriers’ work recognition in a business evaluation system.

Q3 2023 — Launch Web 3.0 community for participants

Soul bound token & IPFS-based Web 3.0 community release

Collaborate with participants who contribute to the ecosystem to generate revenue or contribute to the ecosystem by building new business models or providing the content.

Launch of the dKargo Ambassador Program

It is a participant program that shares the insights of dKargo through social media or community activities, fosters brands, and helps educate participants to easily use the ecosystem.

Launch of the dKargo Bounty Program

It is a reward program for participants who contribute to making the ecosystem more secure and sophisticated.

Q4 2023 — The First Step to Lead Logistics Provider with Enterprise Partners

Ent Sales to attract enterprise partners

Starting from Q4 2023, the dKargo ecosystem will be able to respond to a variety of cargoes by transplanting experience and know-how gained during joint development with partners, addressing cross-validation challenges in a closed structure, and delivering more reasonable services to end consumers by reducing costs.
