A-How To Create Account Using Phone Number

1-Head over to www.dobiexchange.com

2-At the top right side, click on “Register” and Choose “Phone”. Then fill up requested information :

• Enter your “Country code” and “Phone Number” as followings
• Choose a “Password” with at least three types of characters such as (@ , # , $ …) and “Retype Password “
• Key in “Security Code” shown in the Green Text Box
• Click on “send” and refer to your phone Inbox to receive a Registration Code, (after pressing “send” button, time is limited to 60 seconds, so please hurry up or you are required to request again)

• Key in “Registration Code” at the down and finally Click on “Register” button.

Here you are, your Phone Number Registration has been registered.

* We would recommend you to register followings to be allowed to trade as well,

• Register email
• Google Authenticator (For your account security)
• KYC Verification (Know your customer) which is obligatory
• Trading Password

B-How To Register Phone Number Using Email Account

1-Head over to www.dobiexchange.com

2-Log in to your account with your Email

3-Click at the Top ,right side, ‘My Account’

4-Click on Register phone /”register”

5-Then a chart will be opened, click on “Send” button and refer to your email, our support team has sent you a “verification code”

6- You need to key in “Verification Code” received by email and then click on “Confirm”

7-Another Chart will come up. then you need to choose your “Country Code” at the left .

8-Then Enter your “mobile number” at Top right, Then Click “Send” button and check your Mobile Inbox to receive a “Verification code”, then insert code into “Verification Code” section and click on “Confirm”.

Good Job, your phone number has been registered. after this you can Log into your account by both your “Email” or “Phone Number” account.

What If We Forget Our Phone Log In Password ??

1-Head over to www.dobiexchange.com

2-Click on “Login” and you will see below box . click on “Forgotten Password”.

ATTENTION : Please be informed after changing your password, withdrawal is not allowed up to 24 hours.

3-Click on “Confirm” to move forward.

4-Select “Phone reset” at the top right, set your “country code” and then insert your mobile number and key security code written there.at last click on “the next step”.

5-Here, you should key in your “Google Authenticator Verification Code” at the top and click on “send”, then Revert back to your phone Inbox and insert received code down there and finally click on “the next step” .

6-Finally a new box will be shown and you should key in your “New Password“ And “Retype” it there ( password with at least three types of characters such as (@ , # , $ …), finally click on “Submit”.

Good Job, your phone login password has been changed .You can log in now again and start trading.
