Tech Ignite Talks @ Medibuddy

Ignite Talks have been part of the Culture here at Engineering Team in MediBuddy. They includes addresses from Industry Experts, Fun activities and also retrospection at a Team level

The talk started with Enbasekar D, our CTO appreciating the team for coming together in these tough times. Being part of health care, it is our responsibility to step up at these times and we as a team are well aware of it. Remote work has its own advantages but makes loose that human touch which is a core element of an Office Environment.

Few of the Colleagues shared their personal experiences on how MediBuddy helped them in these tough times with Online Consultation, Lab Tests and Medicine Delivery

Enbasekar D also emphasised on the Pod Structure — Small Agile teams coming together to solve a Problem. The Increase in number of online consultations during the pandemic also make a call for us to more vigilant with respect to the Products we are delivering.
