In this “Ask us” session, two senior members of our Product team, Ludivine Raffin, Lead Product Manager and Peer Soetebeer, Senior Product Manager, exchanged on the core values that animate the product culture at Doctolib and help improve the lives of 150 000 healthcare practitioners and 50M patients each month in France and Germany.
They provided insights on :
- The types of users that Doctolib serve through its products — 1’ to 10’
- The journey to become a PM at Doctolib — 10’ to 15’
- How we apply a ‘’user first’’ mindset in the Product team and how we are supported to have users insights — 15’ to 25’
- How we keep a KPI impact driven company (prioritization, roadmap etc…) — 29’ to 38’
