This one was concerning the federal appeals court this week upholding a $5-million verdict that E. Jean Carroll won against Trump when a jury found the U.S. President-elect liable for sexually abusing and later defaming the former magazine columnist.
Of course, news like this is received and processed in any number of ways — from yawns to outrage — not only in this country but also around the world.
Among the leaders of Europe, it has resulted in at least one new approach — according to a CNS source who insisted on remaining anonymous.
Trump will be tagged with a new European “surnom,” as they say in France — a quite unofficial new nickname.
