Recycling and Bin Parade
Oh, the joy of dirt (trash) bins. I live to decant my shit into various coloured bins.
Who else loves Bin collection day? Isn’t it just the MOST wonderful weekly bullshit.
Two things that make me wonder if we really are at the top of the Food Chain -1) Recycling garbage and 2) Trailing after our pets with a plastic bag to collect dog-poop.
I live in Europe. Europe loves recycling and because I live in Italy, it’s all done in Italian. I’m English — Italian isn’t my second language — it’s not even my 83rd language. Recycling is a struggle.
I’ve had countless opportunities to recycle more responsibly — I’ve squandered each opportunity with gusto.
There are more recycling rules than rules for human procreation. Sadly human procreation does not have designated days, which is a pity because it really would simplify relationships.
I have never seen recycling become something useful. Have you? I think the “made from recycled (insert items)”, is a lie. I fear recycling is a logistical exercise in moving garbage-shit from first world countries to third.
