It’s August which is the month of…August.

Welcome back…if you ever read this crap.

If you’re new, this is a newsletter I’m forced to write and I put my heart and soul into it each and every time.

Jazzy July

July has been and gone like that rough blonde lady you brought back from the questionable bar last night.

Rick L. Huffman is the motivator we never knew we needed.

I think Patrick Eades is my father…

Breasts are best…especially in this economy. Just ask Victor Cardenas!

What for August?

We love new ideas at Doctor Funny, so interns…why not write about the best new humorous/satirical ideas you think Medium should roll out?

  • Maybe they should pay writers in potatoes.
  • Should they fire glitter out of your laptop whenever you get a clap?
  • Could Medium bring in a “Delete annoying author’s article” button?

Whatever it is let your mind run wild like Michael Burg, MD (Satire Sommelier) 😬 chest hair. Let us know your best new ideas for the platform we all love and hate in equal measure.

Michael Burger King

Just to clarify.

Medium staff doesn’t do humorous/satirical. What they do do is roll out new ideas, seriously.

Now it’s up to you, the writers of Doctor Funny, to twist their excellent new ideas (or the excellent new ideas you think they should have) with YOUR humor and satiric skills and write funny stories.

Got it?

Welcome New Writers

Welcome to our new interns who are ready to pass their medical exams by making me chuckle until I poop my undergarments. Get writing funny ya’ll!

Dave Goldstein, Jurgen Manuel, John Corten, Kerrie Noor, Brian Buseck, Connie Song

See You Next Time

…unless you die in a fiery car crash or get battered with a lead pipe in a game of Cluedo by Colonel Mustard.

Keep writing funny and making Doctor Funny look as good as I do in the nude.

AR and MB out!
