What Does ‘Trust Yourself’ Even Mean?

How the hell should I know?

I don’t know if I’ve figured out THAT much in life but I think I’ve figured this out: I know how to trust myself. Trust me, I do.

Alright, that sounds kinda kooky or cocky, but still. In my mind, ‘Trust yourself’ means that you take the time to actually hear yourself think/feel.
