Deep Space Nine — Poignant scene

I’m not yet a father, but I still get cut up watching the Star Trek Deep Space Nine episode “The Visitor”. Science Fiction can sometimes be so damn poignant.

And there are elements of this plot which seem to inspire Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar.
