Dogs of Elon is proud to announce DOE Rangers, our inaugural competitive Play to Win NFT Game! Alpha Season Two of the game will launch with several new key features and upgrades that our team has been working on for the past several months. Alpha Season Two will run from November 28, 2022, to December 13, 2022.
Leaderboard Tiers:
Alpha Season Two will feature our new two-tiered leaderboard system with Amateur and Pro league leaderboards. Players in the Amateur league will be able to compete for prizes and the ability to be promoted to the more competitive Pro leagues tournaments and earn higher rewards.
There will be two Amateur league Rounds that will qualify the top 5 ranked players for the Pro League tournament:
- Amateur League Tournament Round 1: November 28, 2022- December 2, 2022
- Amateur League Tournament Round 2: December 4, 2022 — December 8, 2022
The top three players from each round of the Amateur tournament will be rewarded with DOE tokens and advanced to the Pro League Tournament:
- First Place: 5,000 DOE
- Second Place: 2,000 DOE
- Third Place: 1,000 DOE
The Pro League Tournament will occur from December 9, 2022 — December 13, 2022. The top three players will win the following prizes:
- First Place: 20,000 DOE
- Second Place: 10,000 DOE
- Third Place: 5,000 DOE
In this second alpha season, our goal is to test the tournament system and gain feedback from the players to develop a competitive and entertaining gaming experience. The game will officially launch after the January 18th project relaunch and rebranding.
Once the Tournaments are complete for this season, we will reset the leaderboards and allow players to play non-competitively, with the end date for this season to be determined.
Boss Battles:
The Boss Battle is a new feature developed for this alpha season, where a new challenge is unlocked and attempted after a certain amount of points (Coins) are collected. The objective of this mode is to destroy the alien ship before it shoots you down! Players who take down the alien ship without taking any damage will earn 20 bonus points. Only 10 points are earned if any damage is taken, but you must be careful; if the boss destroys your bunker before you take down the alien ship it’s GAME OVER!
Game Security and Bug Bounty:
Our team has spent several months developing a completely new and robust back-end security element to the game that will ensure the integrity of the game and the user experience.
But we don’t just take our word for it; we plan to put our money where our mouth is!
For Season Two, we are introducing the Security Bug Bounty program. If you can attack or manipulate the scoring system and our leaderboards, we will give you 25,000 DOE Tokens.
To claim the bounty, you must be able to provide the evidence and the method used to affect the scoring system. For clarity, the bounty is specifically for bugs or successful attacks on the scoring system and leaderboards, not local UI manipulations and bugs.

We are starting with a clean slate so even if you were whitelisted for the initial alpha testing group you will need to reapply for Alpha Season Two. If you properly fill out the google form and meet the requirement of holding at least one Dogs of Elon NFT to play the game with then you WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE in alpha season two!
Eligible participants will be announced on telegram on November 25, 2022.
Once the Tournaments are complete for this season, we will reset the leaderboards and allow players to play non-competitively, with the end date for this season to be determined.
