KDOE Token Launch

Introduction

Kudoe™ is pleased to present the roadmap for the upcoming launch of the KDOE token on January 18th. This document will provide important details and dates related to the airdrop, CEX migration process, liquidity migration, and other relevant information.

Synopsis

• On May 2nd, we held a public Townhall meeting to propose a new token contract with completely new tokenomics.
• On October 14th, we announced the project would be rebranding from “Dogs of Elon” to a new brand and retaining the Dogs of Elon name specifically for our NFT collection.
• On November 5th, we announced the January 18th new token contract launch, along with a rebrand and refined vision for the future of the project.
• On December 12th, we announced the new Kudoe™ branding and logo.

Key Dates

• January 11th, 2023 — All DOE on Arbitrum must be unstaked as liquidity to the arbitrum staking pool will be withdrawn.
• January 12th, 2023 — All deposits and withdrawals will be suspended on all centralized exchanges.
• January 12th, 2023 — Whitepaper and Website Launch
• January 14th, 2023 — All trading is suspended on CEX and DEX (Uniswap, Sushiswap, and any other platforms).
• January 14th, 2023 — All token transfers are suspended.
• January 14th, 2023 — Token holders Snapshot (across all pools, including staked tokens and unclaimed staking rewards)
• January 14th, 2023 — All tokens in the staking pool will be withdrawn to be used in liquidity draining.
• January 14th, 2023 — Uniswap and Sushiswap liquidity withdrawal.
• January 15th, 2023 — Snapshot Spreadsheet will be made public for transparency and accuracy.
• January 15th-16th, 2023 — Token Swap with Poloniex, Gate.io, MEXC (DOE -> KDOE)
• January 18th, 2023 — Uniswap Liquidity injection ETH/KDOE pool (KDOE DEX Trading LIVE).
• January 18th, 2023 — Token Airdrop to all holders at the time of the Snapshot taken on January 14th.
• January 18th, 2023 — Token contract announced at the time of airdrop.
• January 18th, 2023 — Certik Audit Report Published
• January 19th, 2023 — CEX Deposits open on Poloniex, Gate, MEXC
• January 19th, 2023 — New Exchange Listing (Deposits)
• January 19th, 2023 — CEX trading enabled.
• January 19th, 2023 — Staking contract live.
• January 25th, 2023 — Uniswap Liquidity locked.

Important Disclaimers

1. ALL trades and transfers after January 14th, 12:00 AM EST will not be included in the Snapshot and Airdrop. Any trades, transfers or claims made after this date will exclude the wallet from the airdrop completely and will exclude the receiving wallet completely. This action is non-reversible.

1. The token contract will only be announced on our official telegram announcements channel, our community telegram channel and Our official Twitter page @KudoeOfficial
2. DO NOT Interact with any other token contract not announced through our official channels.
3. The Token Launch will be an Airdrop by our team based on the snapshot and other requirements shared in this document.
4. There is no form to fill
5. There is no token swap, DO NOT send your tokens to anyone for swap.
6. The Telegram Channel will be muted at the time of Airdrop to stop anyone from publishing fake token contracts.
7. No admins will DM you.

DO NOT Click on any links or join any other telegram groups and channels in regards to the airdrop.

Airdrop Details.

• DOE Token holders will be airdropped KDOE 1:1 based on their holdings at the time of snapshot.

All trades and transfers after January 14th, 12:00 AM EST will exclude the holders from the snapshot and airdrop.

For example: After January 14th, 12:00 AM EST if you trade or transfer $DOE at any point, your wallet will be excluded from the snapshot and airdrop, and so will the receiving wallet.

• There is no need to unstake DOE for the snapshot.
• Token Supply will remain at 1,000,000,000 Tokens.
• Kudoe™ will cover all airdrop costs. No claiming tokens, no gas fees.
• Once the airdrop is complete, the old $DOE token contract and tokens will be deemed worthless and discounted.

Liquidity

• Kudoe will use all of the DOE in multi-sig wallets and exchange token swaps to drain Uniswap liquidity pool.
• Once snapshot has been taken, all DOE in the DOE staking contract will be withdrawn and used to “drain” liquidity from current Uniswap liquidity pool and migrated to the new KDOE liquidity pool.
• All funds taken out of the Uniswap liquidity pool will be proportionally allocated for the KDOE/ETH liquidity pool.
• All funds taken out of the Sushiswap liquidity pool will be allocated for Binance Smart Chain liquidity pool.
• Uniswap Liquidity will be locked one week after launch on January 25th, 2023 for 12 months.

Centralized Exchanges

• Gate.io, Poloniex and MEXC will all participate in the token migration and swap.
• Holders on centralized exchanges are not required to withdraw from centralized exchanges for the snapshot and airdrop but may choose to do so at their own discretion.
• Withdrawals and Deposits will be suspended on centralized exchanges January 12th, any holder wishing to withdraw must do so before January 12th in order to be included in the snapshot and airdrop.

Communications

As part of our efforts to maintain clear lines of communication with our holders, Kudoe™ will be hosting multiple voice calls on Telegram and Twitter Spaces over the course of the next two to three weeks.

We strongly encourage all holders to participate and ask any questions they may have about the upcoming launch and beyond. By working together, we aim to ensure a smooth and seamless launch for all.

We are extremely proud and excited to have achieved this important milestone in our project. As outlined in our whitepaper, we have a well-defined vision for the future of the project, including clear deliverables and milestones.
