Interest Rates Have Been Negative For Awhile

If you watch the business shows, there is much consternation about the possibility of negative interest rates. The Fed has gone out of its way to calm the fears of bankers and other financial titans. The Fed has said negative rates are not on the table. Those are inspirational words but for most of us interest rates have been negative for some time.
