Summary Menu
A highly requested feature in Donna has been a summary menu, and we are happy to let you know that it is now available. Meaning, you can now get a summary of issues that Donna finds by clicking the summary button on the left-hand side when you open the Donna App.
After you clicking the summary menu button on the left-hand side, you get an overview of all the issue categories, such as; numbering, references, definitions, language, syntax, clauses, variables and other.
By selecting a category, you can see a list of all the issues in that category and you can also select multiple categories. This makes it very easy for you to see an overview of the issues in your document and also convenient for you to select what issues are most important depending on where you are in the drafting process.
For instance, at the beginning of your drafting process you may be paying particular attention to references and logical errors while towards the end of the drafting phase, close attention is paid to styling and syntax errors.
By scrolling through these issues, you might find errors that need to be fixed and Donna will take you straight to the issue in the document and help you fix it.
