The Wall-E Effect (or, what bothers me about electric scooters…)

So people hear me grumble about the e-scooters that are flooding our streets, and they wonder why I, usually caught up in tech innovation, seem to be so adverse.

To put things straight, I thought I’d shed some light on what my dislike is actually all about.
