⚙️ Engineering update
Node runners with several technical backgrounds and feeling comfortable with command line environment could fill in this form and follow the guidance here to start a testnet node.
Released beta#1.3 ~ #1.4 with newly added features:
- Proxy contracts, payment contracts, and staking contracts integration as well as end-to-end tests on the rinkeby testnet.
- Finalized ‘Node List’ and ‘My Account’ frontend pages.
- Refactor onchain layer to improve stability.
- Optimized watchdog logic to reduce query frequency.
- Optimized system level settings including gossip network parameter, DKG parameter, network timeout configs, etc. to improve overall stability.
- Refactored infura and ethereum light client pool connection sequence.
- Refactored client gracefully shutdown procedure.

We have been planning various campaigns and activities for our mainnet launch in the near future. We will inform all the DOS Network supporters as soon as everything is ready.
