Dear DOS Network supporters, we are pleased to officially announce that DOS Network and QuarkChain achieved strategic partnership! The two sides will cooperate jointly promoting the infrastructure construction of the blockchain and contribute to the prosperity of the blockchain economy.

QuarkChain is a flexible, scalable, and user-oriented blockchain infrastructure by applying blockchain sharding technology. It is one of the first public chains that successfully implemented state sharding technology for blockchain in the world. QuarkChain has a two-layered structure and aims to deliver 100,000+ on-chain TPS. With flexibility, scalability, and usability, QuarkChain is enabling everyone to enjoy blockchain technology at anytime and anywhere.

QuarkChain is able to support multiple virtual machines (VMs), various consensus algorithms, different ledger formats, and even multi-native tokens in one network. It can easily adopt different state-of-the-art blockchain innovations in VM, consensus algorithms, and economics on one shard to satisfy different requirements of blockchain applications. QuarkChain Mainnet Singularity v1.0 will be officially launched on April 30, 2019. QuarkChain so far is the only public chain looking into supporting various consensus algorithms, multiple virtual machines, and multi-native tokens.

DOS NETWORK was founded by Hua Siyuan and Wang Qi, graduates of electrical and computer engineering major from Carnegie Mellon University and early blockchain researcher and engineer. DOS NETWORK is a scalable layer-2 network that implements decentralized oracle services, aiming to provide real-world data and computing power for mainstream blockchains. It links blockchain smart contracts with real-world data and events, and provides verifiable computing power for blockchains, enabling more application scenarios to be implemented on blockchains.

DOS Network can support a variety of mainstream blockchains, such as Ethereum, EOS, TRON, Ultrain, QuarkChain and etc. Through DOS Network, these public chains can obtain real-world stocks, weather, flights, and other information.

The interaction of blockchain with real-world information has always been a major pain point that hinders the large-scale adoption of decentralized applications. DOS Network has been committed to becoming a “bridge” between the blockchain and the real world, enabling the off-chain information to be transmitted efficiently, quickly and conveniently, thus promoting the application development as well as more and more use cases to appear in blockchain industry.

The bond of DOS Network and QuarkChain will not only directly consolidate the close ties between the two parties, but also bring great potential and possibility to the future development of the industry. Two sides will jointly explore the technology development of blockchain and conduct further study of the performance improvement of blockchain as well as information interaction between on-chain and off-chain. DOS Network will provide QuarkChain with powerful technical support through Oracle network service, which will significantly improve the performance of the QuarkChain and assist them to achieve the goal of acquiring real-world information and off-chain computation power. Within the partnership, QuarkChain will bring fresh blood to DOS Network’s ecosystem with encouraging their users to utilize DOS Network’s Oracle service and even join our network as node operators.

DOS Network and QuarkChain will closely work together to promote resources-sharing and achieve win-win cooperation through technical development and collaboration. Furthermore, the two parties will provide more use cases for each other, collaborate to meet the global-wise commercial standard as well as promote the large-scale adoption of decentralized applications.
