I’ve been thinking a lot recently about all the stuff that ‘influencers’ tell you to do to improve yourself/your life. Ugh. I HATE this whole ‘influencer’ culture there is now.
I don’t need someone else that doesn’t know me at all tell me how I NEED to be living my life! I don’t need someone on TikTok telling me to wake up at the crack of dawn and drink lemon water in a Stanley Cup and go for a 3 mile/5km run every day.
Yeah, no. That might be good for them, but if it isn’t for you, if isn’t your thing, then just ignore it! They aren’t the experts in YOUR life. No one is — except you!
So here’s three things you can do to start living your best life right now:
1. Do One thing Every Day* That Scares You
Okay so maybe every day is a bit much. If that sounds kind of impossible, a bit unrealistic, maybe once a week. Or even once a month.
