We are delighted to announce that Coach, Consultant and Adviser Ann Holman has joined DOT PROJECT.

We’ve worked with Ann for the last few months delivering our Digital Leaders Programme with funding from the Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), facilitation for The University of Bath Social Enterprise and Innovation Programme, and are looking ahead to some exciting new projects. We just love Ann’s authenticity and values which are so aligned to the very essence and heart of DOT PROJECT. Her focus on balancing passion, purpose and profit chimes with what we at DOT PROJECT feel — that business can be better, for people, planet and society.

Ann is an experienced digital strategist with an in depth knowledge of delivering business transformation in both the public and private sector. Crucially, Ann combines her digital expertise with coaching and leadership. This is really important for DOT PROJECT because for us digital is first and foremost about people. People who feel confident and equipped to navigate their digital decision making will build stronger and more effective organisations. We’re looking forward to expanding our approach to include a stronger focus on coaching.

Like us, she starts with listening to people and supports them to find their own solutions, adding sector or specialist expertise when helpful. She knows that most people and organisations have the answers they need already, they might just need some help framing them.

Ann will be joining us at an exciting time. The co-operative model, that we all believe in, is starting to be adopted outside it’s traditional spheres. We’re rooting for tech co-ops like Outlandish, who are are finalists in the Coops UK awards, and we champion the Stir To Action ‘New Economy’ workshop series which are showing how co-ops can be vehicles for change in tech, community and beyond. This year we are thrilled to be supporting the UnFound Roadshow — amplifying the potential of platform coops as a viable alternative for the future.

Ann is developing her own coaching practice through annholman.co.uk and that is exactly why we love our model, that allows us to grow who we are as individuals and at the same time align our skills under DOT PROJECT to really drive a responsible approach to technology.

We’re looking forward to working with Ann to deepen our work both nationally and specifically across the South West.
