Thanks for pulling together a lot of good info. I was struck by the difference between how tourists reacted and those who were familiar with what was supposed to happen in an emergency in Hawaii. It’s still mind boggling that this happened. And I cannot fathom what people must have felt during that incredible delay before the false alarm was corrected.
