Exclusive but Elusive Audience

The Greater Downtown is one of the country’s fastest-growing urban centers, accounting for nearly 115 thousand residents. The downtown proper — the Central Business District, the Arts and Entertainment District, and the Park West neighborhood — represents close to half of this this exclusive market. The average downtown resident is college-educated and, according to the Downtown Development Authority, and commands an income averaging $110,000.

Unique Competitive Advantage

Because Downtown NEWS is published by the DNA, and because the content is relevant and timely to all residents, it is the only publication distributed within member-buildings — even delivered to each apartment.

Downtown NEWS is published by the Downtown Neighbors Alliance (DNA), in collaboration with the Downtown Arts + Science Salon (DASS). The DNA has been promoting and improving the quality of life, common good and general welfare of downtown residents and businesses since 2013. DASS has organized for 8 years science and cultural talks and activities for the downtown community, drawing from an extensive network of public intellectuals, scientists, artists and professors from local universities, including the University of Miami, Florida International University, and MDC.
