About Downtown Miami
The Greater Downtown Miami is one of the country’s fastest-growing urban centers, accounting for nearly 100 thousand residents. The downtown proper — the Central Business and the Arts and Entertainment Districts — represents one-third of this exclusive niche market.
The perfect vehicle to connect sponsors to one exclusive but elusive market.
Downtown News is reliable, nonpartisan and essential downtown coverage, ranging from pedestrian safety, education and business initiatives to community undertakings, residents’ opinions, culture, and entertainment.
Downtown NEWS is published by the Downtown Neighbors Alliance DNA. The DNA has been promoting and improving the quality of life, common good and general welfare of downtown residents and businesses since 2013.
DNA Member-Condominiums include 10 Museum Park, 50 Biscayne, 900 Biscayne, Epic, Flagler First, Marina Blue, Loft II Downtown, Marquis, One Miami, and Vizcayne.
Because Downtown NEWS is published by the DNA, it is the only publication allowed distribution within member-buildings. And property managers alert electronically residents when the monthly online editions are published.
Downtown NEWS is delivered to 5 thousand apartments in member-buildings. It reaches over 15 thousand residents through its print and digital editions.
Additionally, Downtown NEWS is strategically distributed through partner institutions such as PAMM, the Miami Dade Public Library System, HistoryMiami, the Government Center, Books & Books, Brightline, local cafes, and other locales.
