About Downtown Miami

Downtown NEWS is published by the Downtown Neighbors Alliance DNA. The DNA has been promoting and improving the quality of life, common good and general welfare of downtown residents and businesses since 2013.

DNA Member-Condominiums include 10 Museum Park, 50 Biscayne, 900 Biscayne, Epic, Flagler First, Marina Blue, Loft II Downtown, Marquis, One Miami, and Vizcayne.

Market

Because Downtown NEWS is published by the DNA, it is the only publication allowed distribution within member-buildings. And property managers alert electronically residents when the monthly online editions are published.

Downtown NEWS is delivered to 5 thousand apartments in member-buildings. It reaches over 15 thousand residents through its print and digital editions.

Additionally, Downtown NEWS is strategically distributed through partner institutions such as PAMM, the Miami Dade Public Library System, HistoryMiami, the Government Center, Books & Books, Brightline, local cafes, and other locales.

Downtown NEWS forging a sense of community. The DNA and Downtown News, in partnership with the Downtown Arts + Science Salon (DASS), organized a Media Salon to educate media representatives about Downtown issues. The panel included representatives from Telemundo/NBC, Miami New Times, The New Tropic, and Miami Herald.
