The Underdeck
The Underdeck is a 33-acre public space to be developed under the reconstructed I-395 as a part of the Signature Bridge project.

The Signature Bridge project is a partnership between the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the City of Miami. It originates in Overtown and extends to Biscayne Bay near the Perez Art Museum Miami.
Once completed, the Underdeck will have green space and community based programming such as a heritage trail, legacy wall, a pedestrian bridge, water fountains, plazas, recreation spaces, installations, concessions, etc.
Community Engagement
The Downtown Neighbors Alliance (DNA) will host a meeting on Wednesday June 1st for Downtown residents to participate in the conceptualization and design of the Underdeck project. The meeting will take place at 900 Biscayne, 6–8. More info below:
