To start the biggest Dracards updates since its inception, we've released a patch note with all the updates that are influencing the Dracards universe.

1. Staking Rebalancing

We are adjusting the passive staking payout as part of efforts to sustainably maintain earnings and also maintain attractiveness for those who have liquidity and own a building. Furthermore, with the possibility of Reforge the cards, a person who is interested in exchanging two common cards for a rare one might find it disadvantageous to do so, since two common cards would give more FIRE than one uncommon.
Rebalancing adjusts these parameters.
*This update will be available on Cardano's Epoch 352.

Liquidity: 1.3%→ 1.7% *SundaeSwap or Minswap DEX

Buildings: 1% → 1.3% *Winning percentage is based on each building's individual Max Hashpower

Fire on Wallet: 0.8% → 0.5%

Common Card: 4 FIRE → 2 FIRE

Uncommon Card: 5 FIRE → 5 FIRE

Rare Card: 7 FIRE → 11 FIRE

Epic Card: 24 FIRE → 35 FIRE

Legendary Card: 170 FIRE → 150 FIRE

2. Reforge

This is a new feature that allows players who have accumulated many of the same cards to merge for a more valuable one.
For example: If you have two Common Baby Dragons, you can reforge then for one Uncommon Baby Dragon.
It is possible to reforge FOIL cards as long as all cards being reforged also have this characteristic.
This update is important, because when you mint your card it will no longer be possible to use it for reforging (you cannot reforge minted cards).
This update will be available starting 7/16.

Reforge Parameters:

2 Common Cards→ 1 Uncommon Card

2 Uncommon Cards → 1 Rare Card

3 Rare Cards → 1 Epic Card

4 Epic Cards → 1 Legendary Card

3.Mint

This is certainly one of the most awaited features by Markevians, as it allows you to transform your cards into NFTS, so they can be yours forever in your wallet!
We couldn't bring this functionality without the reforge, as minting the card is a definite action, and we believe a player would like to mint a more valuable card.
You will be able to mint up to 10 cards at the same time for free, paying only the network fee which is less than 1 ADA.
*For a valid transaction, you will need, at least, 7 ADA in your wallet. This is a network requirement.
This update will be available starting 7/16.

4. SYNC

This functionality is a complement to MINT. A button has been added to the collection interface so the player can sync cards from their wallet to their collection. Assuming you buy an NFT card from Dracards in some external marketplace. At this point, Dracards database still has no way of knowing that card is yours (not immediately). Therefore we recommend after purchasing the new card, you access play.dracards.com and use this sync button to sync new cards to your collection. After that, those cards will count towards your staking rewards, and in the future, to build your battle decks.

5. Bloody War — End of collection

The sales of the Blood War collection, the first collection of Dracards' debut season, come to an end.
You will be able to guarantee the cards of this collection until 07/22, after that date, Bloody War will never be available for sale again.
You will be able to open purchased boosters from this collection whenever you want.

When Necropolis Ascention?

First of all we want all the updates we are adding to be stabilized, this may take some time, in addition, in Necropolis Ascention, new mechanics will be added to the game and new types of cards in addition to the already existing creatures, such as Artifacts and Spells . And with that, these new mechanics are still being tested for game balance.
