How to solve booster transaction issues
We have identified that some people are experiencing problems when trying to purchase boosters on our site. For those who are facing issues signing the transaction:
1- First check if you don’t have enough ADAs to pay the transaction fee.
2- If you have it, it may be an issue we identified with a few wallets. If you reimport your Nami wallet (in the Nami wallet plugin) and try again, it will probably work.
You can check the step-by-step below:
1- Click on your avatar then go to Settings.
2 — In Settings tab, select General Settings.
3 — Click on Reset Wallet to log out from your wallet in this extension.
4 — Make sure you have your seed phrase. Then Confirm the log out by typing your password, click Confirm.
5 — Open the Nami wallet extension in your browser, click Import to re-import your wallet.
6 -Select the pattern of your seed phrase, type it down and proceed.
7 — Choose a new password and account name.
8 — Thats all! It took me less than 3min to do this with my seed phrase in hands.
