Michelangelo’s Independence
--
Independence.
Independence. Independence.
Not dependent. Not co-dependent. Not inter-dependent.
Independent. Free from dependence.
What in nature is free from dependence?
Is the eagle free from dependence?
The eagle had a mother.
The eagle was dependent on the mother.
The eagle has prey.
The eagle is dependent on the prey.
The eagle has a mate.
The eagle is dependent on the mate.
The eagle has eaglets.
The eaglets depend on the eagle for parenting.
The eagle depends on the eaglets for immortality.
Eagle, symbol of independence,
What are you independent from?
You are independent of my verse.
You are independent of the thought of independence.
You are independent of self awareness.
The eagle eagles.
Eagling through the skies.
When the eagle soars, it is eagling.
When the eagle mates, it is eagling.
When the eagle gives birth, it is eagling.
When the eagle nourishes its young, it is eagling.
When the eagle screams, it is eagling.
When the eagle attacks, it is eagling.
In what sense is it independent?
It is independent in its eagleness.
No, not even in its eagleness.
Eagle is not aware of eagleness.
Eagle is awareness.
Eagle is ness.
Eagle is.
Eagle is is-ness.
Eagle is ness-ness.
Eagle is is-ing.
Is is is-ing.
Is is ness-ing.
Ness is ness-ing.
Ness is is-ing.
Ness-ing is nessing.
Is-ing is issing.
Nessing issing.
Isnessing.
Nessisising.
No separation. No object verb. Just oneness.
Everything is nessing and issing.
Eagleiskillingsnake.
Eagleisfeedingeaglet.
Eagleisscreaming.
Eagleismating.
Eaglesiseagling.
Eaglingisising.
Isingisisness.
Isnessisnessing.
Nessingisnessing.
Essence is happening all around us.
Being is happening.
Being is screaming from the skies.
Essence is nourishing its young.
Essence is feeding itself.
Snakessence feeds eagleessence feeds wormessence.
Wormessence feeds birdessence feeds snakeessence.
Snakessence feeds eagleessence.
An unselfconscious awareness arises from the ground of being.
Eagle sees far. Eagle sees through the trees. Eagle sees to the forest floor.
Eagle is one with sight. Eagle is one with prey. Prey is one with eagle.
Eagle is purity.
Eagle is never not-eagle.
Eagle can do no wrong.
Eagle is in harmony with itself.
Eagle is always expressing its true nature.
Eagle is eagle-ness incarnate.
Eagle is effortless.
Eagle does not strive to be eagle.
Eagle is eagle.
Eagle was always eagle.
Eagle was born eagle.
Eagle will die eagle.
Nessness.
The essence of essence.
Ising.
Being in being.
The coming into form.
The coming into fullness.
The coming into expression.
There is no arrival.
There is a memory echoing in time.
There is a dance unfolding its pattern before us.
There is fire playing on the wall, never repeating itself.
This eagle is all eagles.
This eagle is its utterly unique self.
This eagle never was nor shall be again.
This eagle is a self.
This eagle is unselfconscious.
This eagle contains the species.
This eagle is a sound wave emanating from the speaker of eagle-music.
This eagle is the next evolution of eagle, a progression in dialectic.
This eagle is mutation jazz on a theme.
This eagle is a teacher for us to understand.
The eagleness in us. The nessness in us.
I am not independent.
I am being summoned to celebrate.
But what am I celebrating?
Am I celebrating the loss of my identity to group identity?
Am I to lose my own truth in the group’s truth?
Am I to become one with friends?
Am I to become one with state?
One with nation?
One with idea?
Am I celebrating independence?
Independence from what?
Independence towards what?
Independence in what sense?
Man is born free, yet everywhere he is in chains.
One man thinks himself the master of others,
yet he is more enslaved than they.
I am born free, yet I am in chains.
I am in chains to my work.
I am in chains to my ideas.
I am in chains to my family.
I am in chains to my habits.
I am in chains to my preferences.
I am in chains to my systems.
I am in chains to my friends.
I am in chains to my sexuality.
I am in chains to my desires.
I think myself the master of others.
I tell them what to do and they do it.
I ask them to follow me and they follow me.
I show them the way and they go.
I tell them to leave and they stay.
I tell them not to trust me and they trust me anyways.
I tell them not to invest and they invest anyways.
I am more enslaved than they are.
I am thinking. They are not thinking.
I am enslaved to my thoughts.
I am enslaved to my consciousness of self.
I am enslaved to my narrative histories.
I am enslaved to my interpretive possibilities.
I wake up on Monday and I am enslaved to Monday.
I am enslaved to the concept of Monday.
I am enslaved to the concept of effort.
I am enslaved to the concept of sacrifice.
I am enslaved to the concept of warfare.
I turn a year older and I am enslaved to aging.
I am enslaved to the concept of progress.
I am enslaved to the concept of self-improvement.
I am enslaved to the concept of arriving.
I entertain the illusion that I have not yet arrived.
I tell myself the story that it is just around the corner.
Not yet arrived.
Slow progress is behind.
Rapid progress is around the corner.
Here I am at the inflection point.
Nick says
The exponential curve, the hockey stick
Is the symbol of our times
The cross of our times.
I am born without the concept of progress
And yet I am everywhere in chains to the concept of progress
Someone gives me a book
Someone gives me a book they have not themselves read
In so doing they are making me their master
They are saying “I cannot read this”
“You read this and tell me what it means”
“You carry the burden of thought for us”
“And we will follow”
So I think myself their master
Yes I will do it
For I am under the illusion of superiority
And the further illusion of the desirability of superiority
So I am enslaved
They are enslaved too
But I am more enslaved than them
Independence from the book
Looks like pouring honey on it and licking it
Looks like taking a page out and eating it
Looks like Carson putting it on the shelf as a divinity
Looks like throwing it in the water
Looks like handing it back
Looks like giving my gift as a gift to the next person I see
Or independence looks like reading it
And not thinking about independence
For how easily have I enslaved myself to the concept of enslavement?
For a problem to exist, it must exist in the mind.
It can be said to exist outside of my mind.
But as long as it exists outside of my mind, I don’t perceive it.
Until I perceive it as a problem, I do not experience it as a problem.
Someone gives me a book they have themselves read
In so doing they are making me their student or companion
They are saying “You can understand this”
“Read this too so we can understand together”
“Read this too so we can be confused together”
“Read this too so we can enter the mystery together”
Merlin curses Arthur for teaching him how to think
Man curses Civilization for ennobling him
Adam curses Eve for giving him the fruit
From the Tree Of Knowledge
From the Tree Of The Knowledge Of Good And Evil
From the Tree That Makes Moral Distinctions
From the Tree That Says Should
Eagle is pure eagle
Eagle is purity
Eagle is never dirty
Eagle is never sinner
Eagle is never a murderer
Eagle is not capable of betrayal
Eagle is aware but not of its own existence
Eagle is independent
I am aware of my own existence
To be aware of my own existence is to be at war with myself
To be aware of my own existence is to eat from the Tree
Is to ask myself — am I making the right decision right now?
Is to ask myself — am I eagling? Am I human-ing?
Am I Francis-ing?
Is Francis fully expressed?
Is Francis fully expressing Francis-ness?
Is Francis fully human?
Is Francis fulfilling the calling of what it means to be human?
Is Francis fulfilling the calling of the human called Francis?
Is Francis pure Francis?
Is Francis pure human?
Is Francis a sinner?
Is Francis Francis-ing?
To be an eagle is to fly, to kill, to scream, to mate, to birth, to nourish, to see.
To be a human is?
To be a human is…?
What is the ness-ness of humans?
What is the essence of humans?
What does it mean to be a human?
How to be human?
Being human is…?
Among men, as among all other animals species, there is a surplus of defective, diseased, degenerating, frail, and necessarily suffering individuals; even among humans and even considering the fact that man is the animal not yet properly adapted to his environment, the successful cases are always the exception, the rare exception.
Man is the as-yet-undetermined-animal.
Man is not the eagle flying.
To be human is to not know the answer to this question.
To be human is to not know the essence of humanness.
To be human is to answer this question for myself.
To be human is to figure out what it means to be human.
To be Francis is to figure out what it means to be Francis.
Every day, what is Francis today?
Today, to work out the karma of Francis, to live out the destiny.
In the living, the making of destiny.
In the living, the discovering of destiny.
Half fate, half chosen destiny.
Sovereignty, free-will.
Human, francis.
Species, individual.
Universe, me.
50% it/50% me.
100% it/100% me.
0% it/100% me.
100% it/0% me.
0% it/0% me.
The human is NOT humaning.
The human is confused about humanning.
The human is humaning when the human is confused about humanning.
The human is humaning when the human is asking this question:
To be a human is…?
The human is humaning when the human is answering this question:
To be a human is…?
The human is humaning when the human is living the answer to:
To be a human is…?
The human is humaning when the human is no longer human, but Francis.
Francis is Francising.
To be human is to be confused about being a human.
To be human is to ask questions about being a human.
To be human is to answer questions about being a human.
To be human is to live out one’s answers about being a human.
To be a human is to cease to be human and to become one-self.
To be human is to not be eagle.
Neither eagle nor snake nor worm;
Nor wind nor mountain nor tree nor ground.
The eagle is eagling.
The human is humaning-by-figuring-out-humaning.
The human is the as-yet-undetermined animal.
The independent one is the determined human.
To be independent is to be fully human.
To be independent is to self-determine.
To be independent is to determine for one’s self what being a human is.
To be independent is to determine for myself what being me is.
To be independent is to become myself.
To be independent is to be myself.
To be independent is to leave this question unanswered.
Francis is the as-yet-undetermined Francis.
My destiny is hidden from me.
I do not know my full essence.
I do not fully know who I am.
I am that I am.
I am that I am becoming.
I am that I know not.
I am born free.
I am everywhere in chains.
I am still shackled, yet I am finally free.
Free in my chains;
Independent in my dependence;
Individual in society;
Sovereign-individual in sovereign-state;
Contrarian in a dictated-thought democracy.
Independent in my master-slavery.
Independent in my slavery to ideas.
“You are in chains!” You say.
Yes, I am in chains.
These are the chains I have chosen.
You are in chains.
What chains have you chosen?
Liberty is chains.
Liberty is not freedom.
Liberty is the choice of chains.
Liberty is the recognition of the natural principle:
That certain possibilities cannot be explored without giving up others.
That what I can do with these chains, I could not do without them.
That while I give up some destinies,
Only with these chains can I realize this destiny.
The eagle is free.
The eagle wears no chains.
The eagle is eagling.
I am not free.
I am in liberty.
I wear chains.
I choose these chains.
The human is francis-ing.
The human is choose-ing.
The human is determine-ing.
The human is destiny responding to fate.
The eagle is independent in the sense of its eagleness.
And the sense of its eagleness is its independence from concepts.
The eagle is free from freedom.
The eagle is free from eagleness.
The human is independent in the sense of its humanness.
And the sense of its humanness is its freedom.
Man is born free.
Eagle is not born free in the same sense.
Man is born free in the sense of man.
The possibilities contained in man are vaster.
The possibilities contained in man are as-yet-undetermined.
Eagle is eagle-dimensional.
Man is n-dimensional.
Eagle is unchained because eagle has no choice.
Man has choice so man has chains.
Michelangelo chained himself to the stone for two years.
Michelangelo chained himself to the stone.
To the stone! To the stone!
He whom is greatest in his human-ness…
He whom is most human…
He whom is most alive…
He is not flying…
He is not soaring carefree…
He is obsessed, he is in labor, he is working…
He is chiseling, bringing forth…
The most animate spirit
Is working with the inanimate
Anima is animating stone.
Anima is pouring its anima into stone.
Mortal anima achieves immortality in investing anima in inanimate stone.
Michelangelo lives in David.
Michelangelo lives.
He who once fully was, is still with us.
He leaves us his spirit.
Such was his spirit that it left an impression even on stone.
Michelangelo chained himself to the stone for two years.
Michelangelo chained himself to the stone.
Michelangelo was not free.
Michelangelo was dependent on the stone.
David was dependent on Michelangelo.
David was calling to Michelangelo from the stone.
Michelangelo was calling to David from anima.
Michelangelo chained himself.
In chaining himself was Michelangelo’s liberty.
In choosing these chains above all others;
In choosing this liberty above all other liberties;
In choosing liberty over freedom;
In choosing chains over freedom;
In choosing these chains;
Michelangelo was saying these chains were worth it.
This being human is worth it.
This being human is this.
This being human is thisness.
This being human is Michelangeloness.
This being human is Davidness.
This being human is as-yet-undetermined stone.
This being human is anima working itself upon stone.
This being human is anima over the surface of the stone.
In the beginning anima was hovering over the surface of the waters.
Why David?
To express the divinity of David.
To make David god.
Why David?
David so human.
David was so flawed.
David was so weak.
David, he whom betrayed Uriah.
David, he whom feigned madness to escape death.
David, he whom wept.
David, he whom was held up in fame, and then cast down.
David, he whom endured trial after trial after trial.
David, he whom was patient in suffering.
David, he whom was cast down, then lifted up.
David, he whom was lost and confused and hungry and hunted.
David, he whom was abandoned by all but a few.
David, he whom wandered in the wilderness for thirteen years.
David, he whom cut the hem of his enemy, Saul, instead of murdering him.
David, he whom the prophet anointed, whom the king hunted down.
David, he whom the mighty men followed, yea though they grumbled.
David, he whom loved Michal, Ahinoam, Maacah, and Haggith.
David, he whom loved Abital, Eglah, Abigail, Delilah and other women.
David, he whom loved Jonathan most of all.
David, he whose own father Saul betrayed him.
David, he whose own son Absalom betrayed him.
David, he whom was not recognized.
David, he whom wrote laments.
David, he whom sang praises and worshiped.
David, he whom anima moved through.
David, he whom was mighty in battle.
David, he whom wept for his enemy Saul’s death instead of rejoicing.
“Oh how the mighty have fallen!”
David, he whom was humble, who wore the crown heavily.
David the last son.
David the youngest.
David the overlooked for blessing.
David the not-supposed-to-be-anyone-special.
David the shepherd watching the sheep.
David the least of his brothers.
David of Bethlehem.
Bethlehem, least among the villages.
David of Nowheresville, Kansas.
Can anything good come from Bethlehem?
The Lord loved David.
Why did the Lord love David?
The Lord loved David for David sought the Lord
With all his mind, with all his heart, with all his strength.
David so human.
So human in his humanness, divine.
So human as to make humanness divine.
So human as to be gloriously so.
So human as to be worthy of a statue.
So human as to be worthy of remembrance.
So human as to be worthy of imitation, emulation.
So dynamic as to be static.
So full of anima as to be frozen in stone.
So human as to be a channel for the divine.
So human as to be the father of God.
David so human.
David wept. David wrote songs.
Anima flowed through David.
David heard the call.
David responded to the call.

And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

ְBut now thy [Saul’s] kingdom shall not continue; the LORD hath sought him a man after His own heart [prophecy for the coming of David], and the LORD hath appointed him to be prince over His people, because thou hast not kept that which the LORD commanded thee.

Εἶπεν Κύριος τῷ Κυρίῳ μου Κάθου ἐκ δεξιῶν μου ἕως ἂν θῶ τοὺς ἐχθρούς σου ὑποκάτω τῶν ποδῶν σου;
Hearing that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, the Pharisees got together. One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question: “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, “What do you think about the Messiah? Whose son is he?”
“The son of David,” they replied.
He said to them, “How is it then that David, speaking by the Spirit, calls him ‘Lord’? For he says,
‘The Lord said to my Lord:
“Sit at my right hand
until I put your enemies
under your feet.”
If then David calls him ‘Lord,’ how can he be his son?” No one could say a word in reply, and from that day on no one dared to ask him any more questions.

When are we?
We are Tuesday, the 4th of July 2017
Who are we now?
To be human today is…
To be human is…
As-yet-undetermined
Even still we do not know
To look forward
We look backwards
We look backwards in time
We see Michelangelo
Through Michelangelo we look further back
We see David
Through David the arrow of time turns forward
We see Jesus
Through Jesus we look forward, forward in time
Forward to the present
Forward into the near future
Forward into the far future
Humanity scattered across the stars
To be human is…?
What does it mean to be human?
What does it mean to be a human civilization?
What does it mean to be an independent nation?
What does it mean to celebrate liberty?
What does it mean to be a nation founded on the principle
That all men are created equal
Endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights
That among them are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness
In the stone
Michelangelo calls forth David
This is David’s renaissance
This is renaissance humanism
This is a rebirth of what it is to be human
David is what it is to be human
David is humanness
To be human is… [Michelangelo speaks through the stone: Look! David is human. Learn from David’s humanness. Find your own.]
What is David’s humanness?
What is Michelangelo remembering?
What called Michelangelo?
What called David?
What is Michelangelo transmitting to us?
Through time
David The Once and Future King
The David That Was
The David That Is
The David That Shall Come Again
Eagle is eagleness
Eagles are not given commandments
Eagles are unselfconscious of their moral choice
Eagles have not eaten from The Tree Of The Knowledge Of Should
Eagles are not cursed with the subjunctive tense
Eagles are given the freedom of no choice
Eagles are given the independence from choice, no chains
Eagles are given the freedom of flying care free without hindrance
Eagles are eagle-dimensional
Humans are as-yet-undetermined
Humans are given commandments
Humans are conscious of their moral choice
Humans are able to make the wrong moral choice
Humans are given the gift, the curse, of the capacity to sin
Humans are hindered, pulled downward
Humans do not fly, they walk on the ground, subject to gravity
Humans are workers, cursed to labor, chained to the stone
Humans are given liberty, the freedom of choice, freedom-of-chain-choice
Humans are given the independence of choice, choice of chains
Humans are given the freedom of moral choice, of free will, of will, of sin
Humans are given consciousness, personhood, ego and will and desire
Humans are given desire: to desire not to desire is to desire not to be human
Humans are given the paradox of sentience: to be self-aware is conflicted
Humans are given the gift, the curse, the freedom to sin
Humans are n-dimensional, pick one
Humans are confused, questioning, answering, living
Humans are given the capacity for thought
Humans are given the capacity to self-determine
What should we do about this?
What to do about being human?
How am I to be…?
David is the example of humanness set before us
In what sense does David embody the glory of humanity?
In what sense are we to be reborn anew as Davids?
Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.”
What does it mean to be born again… as a human?
What does it mean to be independent?
What does it mean to be free-in-the-chains-of-liberty?
David is given the choice all humans are given
David, how shall you answer the human question?
David, how shall you answer the question: “To be human is…?”
David, how shall you live out your answer to this question?
David, how shall you respond to the call of your humanity?
David’s choice is not “my kingdom come, my will be done.”
David’s choice is to be a poet, to listen to the call…
David’s choice is to humble himself before anima
David’s choice is to be a spear thrown by Aeon into time
David’s choice is to be kintsugi for the divine
David’s choice is to be wabi-sabi, perfectly-imperfect, broken-redeemed
David’s choice is to be born again, of the spirit
David’s choice is to cry out
David’s choice is Isaiah’s choice, John’s choice: to be the one who says
I am the voice of one crying out in the wilderness
Make straight the way of the Lord!
David’s choice is to believe in things unseen, invisible things
David’s choice is to hear the unheard call, see the unseen vision
David’s choice is to respond obediently regardless of all others
David’s choice is to accept the loneliness of the true way
David’s choice is to be made publicly a fool, a heretic, an outcast
David’s choice is to ask questions
David’s choice is to wrestle with his humanity
David’s choice is to fight for clarity, struggle with confusion
David’s choice is to be profoundly agnostic, to not-know
David’s choice is Jacob’s choice:
To wrestle with men and with angels
To grip and not let go until the blessing is given, until the clarity is imparted
Until the humanness is determined,
Until Jacob becomes no longer “human” but Israel
Until David becomes no longer “human” but the father of God
Humans wrestle with their humanity, their as-yet-undetermined ness-ness
Until they cease to be human, encounter divinity, and become individuals

And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.
And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob’s thigh was strained, as he wrestled with him.
And he said: ‘Let me go, for the day breaketh.’ And he said: ‘I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.’
And he said unto him: ‘What is thy name?’ And he said: ‘Jacob.’
And he said: ‘Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel; for thou hast striven with God and with men, and hast prevailed.’
And Jacob asked him, and said: ‘Tell me, I pray thee, thy name.’ And he said: ‘Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name?’ And he blessed him there.
And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: ‘for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.’
And the sun rose upon him as he passed over Peniel, and he limped upon his thigh.
To be human is…
To be human is to be as-yet-undetermined…
To be human is to wrestle with God and with men…
To be fully human is…
To be fully human is to discover and embrace one’s own nature…
To be fully human is to be determinately as-yet-undetermined…
To be fully human is to not stop questioning until the blessing is given…
To be fully human is to grasp confusion until you are given a new name…
To be fully human is to wrestle with the essence of essence and ask its name.
To be fully human is to not know the name of God.
To be fully human is to pay a price for determining knowledge, to limp.
To be fully human is to be determined.
To be fully human is to be superhuman, broken-redeemed-divinity-vessel.
Who is the superman?
David is the superman.
David is the Übermensch.
The Übermensch came.
The Übermensch is here.
The Übermensch is coming again.
The superman prays…
Search me, O God, and know my heart, try me, and know my thoughts;
And see if there be any way in me that is grievous, and lead me in the way everlasting.
The superman asks for instruction.
The superman does not say “my kingdom come, my will be done.”
The superman prays “thy kingdom come, thy will be done.”
The superman prays “Lord I believe, help thee mine unbelief.”
The superman asks “what brick of thy kingdom shall I lay today? what is thy will for me to do today?”
The superman is open to hearing the call
The superman is as-yet-undetermined — waiting for the call to determine
The superman is determined — the call is heard, the vision is seen.
The superman is in chains.
The superman is bound to the stone.
The superman is surrendered to destiny meeting fate.
The superman is independent… in what sense?
To be independent is to determine for one’s self what being a human is.
To be independent is to determine for myself what being me is.
But how does the superman determine for his self?
How does the superman determine for his self what being himself is?
The superman listens to the call.
The superman wrestles the angel.
The superman asks the questions.
The superman sees the vision.
The superman loses the vision.
The superman answers the questions.
The superman changes the answers when better answers come.
The superman repents of mistakes.
The superman is confused.
The superman is clear.
The superman embraces his chains, humanness, as-yet-undetermined-ness.
The superman is finally determined — the superman is given a new name, is renaissance-d, is no longer a man but is just himself — one with God, one with all things, speaker for the voice, and annihilated in non-identity.
If then David calls him ‘Lord,’ how can he be his son?
Omega before alpha.
The future came before the past. The past fulfills the future.
To be the father of God… is to give birth to something greater than oneself.
To be the superman… is to be an agent of forces that want to come forth.
To be the superman… is to serve the future that is calling.
Eagle is eagling.
As-yet-undetermined is determining.
Human is as-yet-undetermined.
Superman is wrestling with the as-yet-undetermined.
Superman is given a new name, a destiny— a prophecy is spoken.
Essence is now unfolding, being determined, being reborn.
Prophecy is fulfilling, future is calling.
The Kingdom-That-Is is independent in its chosen-chains.
The Kingdom-That-Is is chained to The-Kingdom-That-Is-Coming.
The Kingdom-That-Is-Coming has always been.
The Kingdom-Of-Heaven is invading the present.
The independent human sees this, hears this, answers this call.
Michelangelo sees the new man in the stone.
Michelangelo sees man reborn, the new humanism, the renaissance anima.
Michelangelo chained to the stone, an act of independence and liberty.
Michelangelo brings forth the memory
Michelangelo speaks with the ancient voice
Michelangelo reminds us
Michelangelo speaks
If you wish to be free
If you wish to be independent
If you, future man, on Tuesday, the 4th of July 2017, hope to be fully human
If you, future nation of liberty, hope to pursue your happiness
If you, future civilization, hope to fulfill the future’s promise that calls
Remember David’s humanity
Remember the greatest commandment
And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
Ignore this and
Thy kingdom shall not continue
The Omega is seeking
a man after His own heart
Such a human in his as-yet-undetermined humanness
that would wrestle-in-prayer and ask this:
Search me, O God, and know my heart, try me, and know my thoughts;
And see if there be any way in me that is grievous, and lead me in the way everlasting.
Whose son would ask in the same spirit, in the same anima,
in the same humanness:
בְּגִבְעוֹן, נִרְאָה יְהוָה אֶל-שְׁלֹמֹה — בַּחֲלוֹם הַלָּיְלָה; וַיֹּאמֶר
אֱלֹהִים, שְׁאַל מָה אֶתֶּן-לָךְ.
וַיֹּאמֶר שְׁלֹמֹה, אַתָּה עָשִׂיתָ עִם-עַבְדְּךָ דָוִד אָבִי חֶסֶד גָּדוֹל,
כַּאֲשֶׁר הָלַךְ לְפָנֶיךָ בֶּאֱמֶת וּבִצְדָקָה וּבְיִשְׁרַת לֵבָב, עִמָּךְ;
In Gibeon the LORD appeared to Solomon in a dream by night; and God said: ‘Ask what I shall give thee.’
And Solomon said: ‘Thou hast shown unto Thy servant David my father great kindness, according as he walked before Thee in truth, and in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with Thee; and Thou hast kept for him this great kindness, that Thou hast given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is this day.
And now, O LORD my God, Thou hast made Thy servant king instead of David my father; and I am but a little child; I know not how to go out or come in.
And Thy servant is in the midst of Thy people which Thou hast chosen, a great people, that cannot be numbered nor counted for multitude.
Give Thy servant therefore an understanding heart to judge Thy people, that I may discern between good and evil; for who is able to judge this Thy great people?’
And the speech pleased the LORD, that Solomon had asked this thing.
And God said unto him: ‘Because thou hast asked this thing, and hast not asked for thyself long life; neither hast asked riches for thyself, nor hast asked the life of thine enemies; but hast asked for thyself understanding to discern justice;
behold, I have done according to thy word: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there hath been none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee.
The as-yet-undetermined human prays the prayer of wisdom.
Wisdom not for himself but for others.
Wisdom to hear the call, see the vision, fulfill the future.
Wisdom for destiny to meet fate.
The as-yet-undetermined human was given his renaissance in this moment.
This is the moment of rebirth. This is the moment, truly human, fully human

The human is one with anima
Isness is ising
Nessness is nessing
Essence is coming forth

This is the one-with-god prayer…
This is the ego-annihilation Redeemed-Boddhisatva-Redeeming.

David’s choice
Solomon’s choice
Jesus’ choice
Buddha’s choice
Michelangelo’s choice
To come into agreement
One-with-God
One-with-Nature
One-with-Eagle
One-with-Tao
One-with-anima
Fulfilling all, harmonizing all.
This is the choice of the past.
This is the choice that is being made in the present.
This is the choice to make the future.
This is the greatest commandment.
Aeon lead me in time.
Heaven come down to earth.
Spirit move through me.
Athena, Wisdom — guide me.
Lead me towards the future.
Search me and know my heart.
See if there be any way in me that is grievous!
Lead me in the everlasting way.
Towards Aeternitas, towards Aeon.
In temporalis, on the spear of time, towards the future.
Time moving towards heaven.
Camelot bringing Aeon to earth.
It is needful to think and speak what is.
The most thought-provoking thing in our thought-provoking time is that we are still not thinking.
We are still not determining our humanness.
We are still not thinking the thoughts of Aeon.
We are chained to our technology.
We are chained to our capitalism.
We are chained to our nationalism.
But technology and capitalism and nationalism is the way.
But the way is a liberty-way.
The way is an independence-way.
The chains are to be chosen.
The chains are a destiny accepted, a willing meeting of fate.
We are being dragged unwilling, unconscious, not thinking.
The greatest commandment
Love Omega with all thy heart
And with all thy soul
And with all thy might
Might in service of right
Might in service of Camelot
Might in service of Aeon
Independence in service of the future
Liberty in chains to animate the stone
A heart that seeks after Omega’s heart
A soul that seeks oneness with the Tao
This is liberty
This is independence
This is the past, present and future
This is what it is
To be human.
The way is to be open to being
Humans are given freedom
To be
To be freedom
To think freedom
To want freedom
To speak freedom
To give freedom
Freedom to be
Freedom to think
Freedom to want
Freedom to speak
Freedom to give
Freedom to freely accept chains
Given freedom, freely giving it back
Given love, freely loving back.

What is love without freedom?
What is independence without calling?
What is liberty without serving the future?
What is it to be human without civilization and technology?
What is it to fulfill civilization and technology without renaissance?
To be human is…?
To have liberty is…?
To celebrate independence is…?
Let those who have hears hear the call.
Let those who have eyes see the vision.
Let those who have liberty fashion their chains.
Let those who have independence unfold their essence in harmony.
To have is to give back.
To receive is to respond.
