DragonEx Supports The Upcoming Ethereum Classic（ETC）Hard Fork

Dear DragonEx users：

In order to support the upcoming Ethereum Classic（ETC） Hard Fork, DragonEx will suspend the ETC deposits and withdrawals which is supposed to happen at block # 9,573,000 at 15:00 Jan. 12, 2020(UTC+8).

* During the upgrade, ETC trading is not affected.
* After the upgrade is completed, deposit and withdrawal will be resumed after the network is stable.
