2. Subscription Qualification
①Must complete the intermediate authentication
②DT Snapshot time: 15:00 (UTC+8) on December 23, 2019.
③If the number of DT in snapshot ≥ 100, the available subscription amount = DT number in snapshot / 100 * 20,000 USDT ( PS : If the result is 20,099, then you have 20,000 subscription amount)
④If the number of DT in snapshot ＜ 100, the available subscription amount is 10,000 USDT

3. Subscription
① When: December 24, 2019, 15:00~20:00 (UTC+8)
② How: Pay USDT for subscription
③ Valid subscription statistics: at the end of the subscription
A. If total amount of subscription for all users ≥ total amount (1,000,000 USDT), the user’s valid subscription amount = the user subscription amount * the valid subscription ratio (valid subscription ratio = total amount/ all user subscription valid amount * 100%, the platform will return the invalid subscription USDT= the amount of subscriptions by a user* (1 — valid subscription ratio)
B. If the total amount of subscription for all users <the total amount (1,000,000 USDT), the financial interest will be calculated based on the total amount of subscription.

4, Redemption
Automatic redemption on T+1 working days after maturity (the principal and interest are directly paid to the investor account and issued in USDT form)
