Dragon’s Crossing is a browser-based, web3, Role-Playing Game (RPG) that launched on the Arbitrum One chain on May 31, 2023.

This is a FULL GAME at launch! Yes, you read it right.

In this article you will find a summary of what was discussed during Town Hall 12:

  • The mint price was reduced to 150 USDC per Genesis Hero. Those who minted before the price change will all receive 1 Genesis Hero airdropped per mint. This applies for whitelist mints, regular mints and boosted mints. This will occur after Season 1 ends and before Season 2 begins.
  • The team has 2 priorities right now. One is to continue developing gameplay. The other is to bring new users into the ecosystem.
  • A quality of life update was released today. You can now compare items easily by mousing over an item in your inventory. You’ll see the difference between the stats in parentheses.
  • The amount of quests it takes to discover a new tile will be capped. This means you’ll be guaranteed to discover a new tile after X amount of quests spent without discovering one. The cap hasn’t been determined.
  • The Season 1 prize pool will be funded by the team. To calculate the current prize pool you need to use the following formula: (amount of heroes) x ($20) x (0.75). At the time this article was written, the prize pool was $9,870.
  • The Season 2 entry fee will probably be $20 per hero. The entry fee for future seasons and their structure could change.
  • Other game modes are currently under discussion. Perpetual mode, PvP mode, group PvE mode… These and others are being considered but nothing is written in stone yet.
  • The Smelter is a potentially new feature being discussed. You would be able to use it to exchange X amount of items for 1 quest.
  • There are additional prizes for the 1st place hero in Season 1. One of these prizes might be a Genesis Hero. Cosmetics are a potential too.

This summary doesn’t include 100% of the information released in Town Hall 12. I encourage you to watch it completely to get all of the information.
