4YFN: A Mobile World Congress to be Remembered
This year's 4YFN was once again hosted by the Mobile World Congress at the Fira Barcelona on June 28th to July 1st 2021. With a theme of “Connected Impact”, this year's MWC hosted numerous talks, seminars and workshops which focus on the impact of technology .
There were many conferences that were both virtual and deeply interesting. Elon Musk, Co-founder Tesla & SpaceX, held a virtual keynote session . Yosi Vardi, Chairman 4YFN & Co-founder ICQ, opened the 4YFN with excitement in front of an eager crowd at the Sabadell stage. There were many startups pithches, such as the Barcelona & Catalonia Startup Health Hub Pitches (29 June), the Netmentora & 4FYN competition (1 July) and many more. We listened to start-ups Blaine Box, NUWE, eKratos, Riskwolf pitch their solutions.
Draper B1 once again participated in the Mobile World Congress by partnering with Valencia Activa and we were joined by Lanzadera, BIG BAN, Startup Valencia and other of the heavy weights from the start-up ecosystem in Valencia. We also had a booth, which our team, used to listen to founders pitch, meet colleagues, friends (and rest our legs!).
