JOY Ecosystem FAQ: Recent issues on the Security Classification of Cryptocurrency

This document is written to provide an update to all community members based on the legal opinion for the security classification on JOYSTICK TOKEN ($JOY).

In summary, JOYSTICK TOKEN has been fully audited and legally opined as a Non-Security Token, from reviews done by 2 unrelated legal firms.
(One based in Singapore, the other based in South Korea).

The summary result of the legal opinion is as below:

• JOYSTICK TOKEN is obtained and used sorely in the DKR Game and therefore treated as a game asset that can be classified as “Utility”.
• JOYSTICK TOKEN supply cannot be controlled by the team nor any instituitions and does not incorporate any forms of equity of an entity.
