Client Story: How I Improved My Clinic’s Operations With DrCatalyst

I am a doctor who runs a pain clinic along with two other doctors in San Francisco Bay Area. Before we discovered DrCatalyst, we always encountered problems concerning the clinic’s operations. But when DrCatalyst came to us, our clinic’s operations dramatically improved!

One of them works 80 hours, performing tasks and handling the current patients. The other remote nurse works 40 hours on current tasks and another 40 hours handling previous data correction.

In two months, our operations improved greatly.

We now receive about 550 approved authorizations a month. The two other doctors in our clinic are satisfied, because we are now able to go home early and spend more time with our families without worrying about office tasks and billing.
