Join the 4:00 AM Club
I am writing this article from my experience from being a 7:30 am riser to 4:20 AM riser.
I used to wake up at 7:30 ish am and be ready by 8, but since I started waking up 4:20, by 7:30 I am already done with my gym session, breakfast, reading the newspaper (yes, the old school way), check my emails, plan and strategize for next while I am fresh, however the old me had just got up.
So comparatively, I have done enough for my soul, that the rest of the day can be spent in completing the daily routine and I have left with some more time where I can spend on my hobbies.
If you are a night bird, and that works for you, I think that’s great. There’s no reason to change, especially if you’re happy with it.
However, there are a ton of other great benefits for early birds.
