1. The Customer Success Showcase. Reimagined.

One of the many benefits of attending the annual Dreamforce conference is discovering how companies are transforming the way they do business. At the Customer Success Showcase, you can witness this innovation first-hand, learn how you too can better connect with your customers, and score some fun prizes. This year’s lineup features six inspiring global brands that are revolutionizing everything from healthcare, manufacturing, and investing.

In our third year of the Customer Success Showcase, again on the 1st floor of Moscone West, we are evolving to integrate our industry solutions. Get inspired by checking out Salesforce’s brightest customer success stories across industries. Learn how to bring this inspiration home by going behind the scenes with our customers to see how they drive success with Salesforce, and hear about the latest industry and technology trends through Salesforce research. Then, take action by learning how you can do this for your own company by hearing from over 50 leading partners, thought leaders, and see Salesforce’s latest solutions first-hand.

2. Awesome Customers. Awesome Journey.

We are ecstatic to announce a few of our customers that will be showcased in the Customer Success Showcase!

For Financial Services, we have Barclays Mortgages, one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious banking institutions. We’ll feature how Barclays is staying innovative and at the head of its industry, by aligning and engaging with mortgage brokers around the world for a seamless customer journey.

For Healthcare & Life Science, we have Merck, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, showcasing how it’s creating 1-to-1 relationships with consumers and completely transforming the relationship between patients and physicians.

For Communications & Media, we have Vodafone showcasing how it’s transforming B2B sales and service — allowing it to focus on their complex business solutions, while keeping an end-to-end view of its customers.

For Retail, we have Design Within Reach and we’ll showcase how its showroom sales reps are able to run their business from their phones, and create a new level of personalization with clienteling.

For Consumer Goods, we have Mattel, the number one toymaker in the world, showcasing how it is staying on top by simply listening to its customers and creating lifelong relationship with their customers.

3. Brand New Customer Success Theater!

Brand new this year is the Customer Success Theater, a new destination to go behind the scenes and hear how some of Salesforce’s leading customers have found success. There will be 21, 30-minute sessions across the four days of Dreamforce. These sessions will be available in Agenda Builder, will sell out quickly, and will have limited space for walk-ins. Be sure to sign up early for these very dynamic, intimate sessions.

The format for theatre sessions will be similar to a TED Talk format, with an introduction followed by 12–18 minutes of presentation time, followed by brief Q&A. Look for two types of interactive sessions:

  • Customer success deep dives from Barclays, Merck, Design within Reach, Mattel, Vodafone, Philips & many more. Hear challenges, tips, tricks and “a-ha” moments.
  • Original Salesforce research around technology & industry trends like the State of the Connected Patient, Connected Cities, The State of Digital Marketing & Analytics. Look for these to be delivered in a crazy innovative way!

After these sessions, stick around for tours of the Customer Success Showcase with the speakers from the sessions.

4. Kick it off with Industries

We’re seeing unprecedented disruption & pressure across all industries. New customer expectations and regulation are pushing every industry to transform. One of the many great opportunities to learn more about our industry solutions are the Industry Kickoffs. We’re focused on showcasing our best & brightest customer stories across industries, including: Macys.com, Design Within Reach, Virgin Media, Barclays, Wall Street Journal, and Telus. These kickoffs will also talk about the latest trends & Salesforce’s point of view, as well as sneak peek at the newest industry products.

5. All the Sessions!

We have over 70+ sessions including sessions on compliance, deep dives into industry disruption and connecting with today’s patients, clients, consumers and citizens.

6. Additional Fun and Innovation

There are additional events during Dreamforce to help attendees learn about our products and how they can help their companies. We will have two Store Innovation Tours, giving you an inside look at Macys, Bloomingdales, and Suit Supply. Don’t miss our TOMS pop-up store in the Westfield Mall, where you can grab some goodies, give back to the community, and learn how TOMS uses Salesforce.
