UCSF Medical Center is recognized throughout the world for innovative patient care, advanced technology, and pioneering research. They are one of the nation’s top 10 hospitals according to an annual survey by U.S. News & World Report. For more than a century, they have offered the highest quality medical treatment.

Today, their expertise covers virtually all specialties, from cancer to women’s health. The compassionate care provided by their doctors, nurses and other staff is a key to their success. Salesforce is proud to be part of this success.

Learn more about UCSF Health and how they will be involved in Dreamforce from CEO, Mark Laret

UCSF Health, which includes UCSF Medical Center, Benioff Children’s Hospitals in San Francisco and Oakland, and additional health care entities that help improve health around the world, is a proud partner of the Salesforce Foundation. UCSF utilizes the Salesforce platform across many departments and groups, in many ways: contact/person management, case management, contract management, crowd-sourcing/idea generation, and collaboration. In benefiting from the Salesforce 1–1–1 model, they are also provided with thousands of hours of volunteer time by Salesforce employees. These hours have made awesome programs possible on the UCSF Health campuses, including prom and Halloween activities for those people who would otherwise miss these experiences because they are in the hospital.

This year at Dreamforce, you will have many opportunities to get to know UCSF Health, learn about how they are pushing healthcare forward, and donate/give back to their cause.

UCSF Benefit Concert

We’re thrilled that The Concert for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals is held in conjunction with Dreamfest at Dreamforce. This year, the concert will be on Thursday night in an all-new location, at Pier 70. Multiple bands will be rocking out to help us raise $10M for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals. It’s an amazing event to raise critical funds and awareness for children’s health. Over the past few years, we’ve raised over $32M for the children’s hospitals. To sponsor, purchase tickets, or make a donation to help us hit this year’s $10M goal, you can go to www.theconcertforkids.com
