Stopping Panic Attacks

It’s all about your breath.

Panic attacks for me arise out of an aberration. I close my eyes and see quickly moving shapes and figures and when I open my eyes, everything is super clear and sharp. I can’t calm down, and I’m hyper-focused. My breathing becomes urgent. I want to draw air in and fast. I breathe through my mouth desperately and then my mouth fills up with saliva so I’m drowning in my own…
