NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition Now Available On Apple Arcade

2K’s flagship sports game for the 2024–2025 NBA season is now playable on Apple devices as of October 03, 2024.

NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition is the latest iteration of the NBA 2K series for Apple Arcade. It is now available to play after it was released on October 03, 2024. The hoops game requires an Apple Arcade subscription to play and currently holds a 4.8 out of five stars user review rating on Apple Arcade. NBA 2K25 is playable in twelve languages.

Additionally, 2K25 is playable and compatible with a number of game controllers, including the Microsoft Xbox controller, and the Sony PlayStation 5 controller.

2K Sports made updates to the game since last year to expand the MyCareer game mode, adding The Neighborhood for game players to explore. 2K also combined MyCourt and outdoor courts and shops into one area.

NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition Features

Per 2K, game players can experience a variety of reportedly new features and modes with NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition, including:

  • New Features in MyCAREER: MyCAREER introduces updated gameplay with the Neighborhood, featuring new outdoor streetball courts, shops, and NPCs.
  • GOAT Challenge: In the revamped ‘Greatest’ mode, relive the career-defining moments of the game’s legends with a new GOAT released with each subsequent patch. Starting at launch, players can experience the meteoric growth of Jayson Tatum from NBA Rookie to NBA Champion.
  • Quests: Quests offer an improved tutorial system to guide players through new features and learn gameplay and controls helping players build their MyPLAYER while progressing through various objectives and rewards.
  • Coming Soon — Seasons: NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition introduces regular Seasons, themed around an NBA player.

NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition is playable on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro and is developed and published by 2K, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
