What’s the point of sleeping?
After decades of research and centuries of questioning, we still do not have the answer to this critical question. But a number of hypotheses have been made, based on sound scientific arguments. As with any research subject that is yet to reach consensus, it is a continual process, with different inferences and theories. We therefore decided to present the ones that seem the most relevant according to our own research, with the development of the Dreem headband, and our scientific collaborations.
