DREP Bi-Weekly Report 6.16- 6.30 | DREP Mainnet 1.0 Official Launch, DREP Blockchain Browser Launch, Binance Savings Program Launches DREP Wealth Management Product

In the second half of June, DREP focused efforts on DREP’s technical products and ecological progress.
In terms of technical products, the DREP public chain entered the final preparation phase before mainnet launch, completing the deployment of the mainnet including the documents, application client coding and testing; completed the development and testing of DREP mobile client V2.0.0 to support the DREP mainnet coin transfer feature, which is currently on GooglePlay. The Apple version is under review. We continue to optimize the speed of cross-chain transfers to improve transaction efficiency. We also launched the DREP blockchain browser v1.0.0, supported DREP main chain as well as test chain block height, transaction hash, and address lookup function.
In terms of ecological development, DREP mainnet version 1.0 was officially launched on June 28, achieving high concurrency both on chain and off chain, efficient and stable consensus as well as quick confirmation of transactions. At the same time we updated DREP multi-chain wallet and the DREP blockchain browser. Along with the mainnet, DREP and Binance jointly launched savings program on June 24, a wealth management product with annualised returns of up to 16%. In addition, DREP won the 2020 Blockchain Technology Solutions Award in the second annual conference organised by Chain Plus’ Blockchain New Finance Summit. On June 29, DREP mainnet launch is covered by famous Korean media channel TIME STAMP, raising DREP’s popularity in the local market.

DREP Mainnet 1.0 Official Launch
DREP Mainnet 1.0 went live on June 28. DREP is committed to building a connector and toolkit for blockchain. Mainnet 1.0 introduces smart pipeline technology based on DPOS + multi-signature-enhanced PBFT consensus mechanism, achieving high concurrency both on chain and off chain, efficient and stable consensus as well as quick confirmation of transactions. Zero knowledge proof is introduced in DREP DID to protect user’s privacy and information security. Based on the DREP mainchain, the team will further improve the DREP SDK that supports one-click publishing of multi-chain Dapps. At the same time we updated DREP multi-chain wallet and the DREP blockchain browser.
DREP and Binance jointly launched savings program
Along with the mainnet, DREP and Binance jointly launched savings program on June 24, a wealth management product with annualised returns of up to 16%.
