DREP Bi-Weekly Report | DREP Mobile client iOS V2.0.0 launch, Blockchain explorer upgrade， participation in improving blockchain network infrastructures

In the first half of July, DREP focused on the technical products of DREP.
On technical products, DREP added the genesis information to the code of public chain, and monitored and tested the performance of mainnet; drep-cli integrated the genaccount command to simplify the configuration file generation process; DREP mobile client iOS V2.0.0 has passed the App Store review and was officially launched, open to users worldwide. Meanwhile, we fixed several bugs, improved product performance, and continued to optimize the stability of cross-chain transactions, improving efficiency; DREP also upgraded the blockchain explorer UI to enhance transaction query function and add super node display function.
On ecosystem, DREP mobile client iOS V2.0.0 version was officially launched in the App Store in early July; DREP mainnet currency transfer function was updated to be open to users; DREP actively participated in the improvement of blockchain network infrastructure; DREP SDK simplified the DApp multi-chain deployment process, promoted cross-chain data integration through homomorphic encryption and improved data sharing and privacy protection; DREP fixed the security vulnerabilities in the DeFi protocol, and run multi-angle anti-attack tests to ensure network security; Mainnet 1.0 was officially launched on June 28, and zero-knowledge proof was used to protect users’ private information.

DREP Mainnet 1.0 share the same vision with BSN. As we can see, they are both built on a module-based network, allowing companies or teams to access the current blockchain protocol or create their own content through these two platforms without building the platform from scratch. The security debacles of Defi and the promises of DREP customized solutions
For the security vulnerabilities in the DeFi protocol, DREP released four test public chains and run anti-attack tests from multiple angles to ensure the security. Mainnet 1.0 was officially launched on June 28, and zero-knowledge proofs were used to safeguard users’ private information. It is a probability-based verification that includes “factual statements” and “statements about personal knowledge”. The fact that the certifier asks questions randomly, and if the answers are correct, indicates that the person is likely to have the “knowledge” that he claims. The three major characteristics of completeness, rationality and zero-knowledge ensures that zero-knowledge proof can prove the honesty of both parties to the greatest extent without revealing the privacy. It has the advantages of high efficiency, simplicity and high security.
