KYC and Whitelisting Guideline for DREP ICO
KYC Registration
DREP is working with WeStart (https://www.westart.co) , a safe, simple, secure KYC platform for our upcoming crowd sale. For contributors who already have a tier 2 account with WeStart, please proceed to whitelist.
Step 1: Sign up for WeStart account
1.1 Go to WeStart website (https://www.westart.co/project/drep-ico) to register an account under “sign up”
1.2 Fill in your particulars. Email and password will be used for future signing in.
1.3 Sign Up
1.4 Check your email to activate your account
1.5 Tier 1 confirmed

Step 2: Register for Tier 2 (KYC)
In order to participate in DREP ICO, you are required to have a Tier 2 account with WeStart.
2.1 On the top right hand corner, go to “my account”
2.2 Under tier 2, click on “Upload document”
2.3 Fill in the “Identity verification for token events”
2.3.1 Fill out the form to complete Tier 2 KYC (Know Your Customer) information to be able to get whitelisted for DREP Crowd sale.
2.3.2 Fill in Personal information
First Name
Last Name
Birth Date
Nationality
Document Number
Document Type
Document Expiration Date
Document Front Side (JPG, JPEG, PNG)
→ Face is clearly visible
→ Information is legible and discernible
→ Document is valid (not expired)
Document Back Side
Selfie with ID
→ Face clearly visible
→ ID clearly visible
→ Paper with WeStart and today’s date
2.3.3 Submit for verification

Step 3: Whitelist
Get whitelisted to complete your whitelist application for DREP Crowdsale
3.1 Go to https://www.westart.co/project/drep-ico/project
3.2 Click on “get whitelisted”
3.3 Fill in the particulars
3.3.1 Select your wallet address
A ERC-20 compatible, non-exchange wallet is to be used. For more information on ERC-20 compatible wallet, go to www.metamask.io.
Note: For Quarkchain users who are interested in getting DREP using QKC tokens, do ensure that your QKC tokens are in this wallet address.
3.3.2 Enter your telegram User_ID or Kakao Username
You must follow either @drep_foundation on Telegram or kakao to participate
3.3.2.1 Telegram user id is a string of numbers that is unique to your account
3.3.2.2 On telegram, pm @myidbot > /start > /getid
3.4 Accept terms
3.5 Validate
Step 4: Notification
You will receive email notification for successful whitelist for DREP Crowdsale.
