Fill in the blank:

I will never take ______________ for granted again.

Some of mine are:

Coffee meetings. At a coffee shop!

Sitting around a meeting room table.

Fast internet.

Dropping over to see my parents.

Big family birthday dinners.

And more.

It doesn’t make us ungrateful when we take things for granted. It’s a natural human instinct, especially those seemingly everlasting things that we could never foresee changing.

As the song goes, “Don’t it always seem to go. That you don’t know what you’ve got til it’s gone.”

I wonder, what are you moving from the ‘taken for granted’ to ‘grateful for’ bucket?
