At DriveU, we understand that everyone has a particular way that they’d like to be driven around, and for the past 5 years we’ve always tried our best to provide consistent customer experience throughout our entire Driver Partner fleet. However, there will always be a few drivers who really stuck out from the pack and delivered such an incredible experience you always want to be driven by them. If that’s you, then today, you are in luck!
*Drum roll* Introducing…. Favourite Driver! A brand new way to book your driver with DriveU! It could be his awesome route knowledge, familiarity with you and your family, great driving skills, or just a kind soul that made a positive impression when he drove you. From today, you can now select your favourite drivers from the Past Bookings page (or immediately after a trip), and we will check their availability to DriveU again!
While Favorite Driver is a DriveU Black membership feature, we’ll be giving everyone an opportunity to check it out for FREE and give it a spin! To get started, you’ll need to pick a favourite driver (or as many) on the DriveU app, below are a few examples of how.

How does it work?
When you request a driver, all drivers that you’ve marked as your favourite will be notified in advance that one of their happy customers would like to be driven by them again. If one of them is free, he’ll select your booking and his details will be shared with you before the booking time. If none of them are able to DriveU for this request, another top-notch Driver Partner to match closely to your preferred driver will be assigned.
