Your driver is safe and trained.

DriveU is now accepting bookings in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR and Chennai complying with recommendations on the movement of vehicles and public. Services are available between 6am and 9pm.

We care for the safety of our customers, and Driver Partners, and have thoroughly trained our Drivers on WHO-recommended hygiene practices. Along with hygiene training, we have equipped our drivers with protective gear and sanitizer for all touchpoints of the driven vehicle. All drivers are required to pass a comprehensive test on procedures and precautions before accepting any trip and must upload pictures of their PPE before starting a trip.

We expect both our customers and our Driver Partners to adhere to the guidelines given by local authorities and the WHO. We expect our customers to accept a safety declaration which clearly states — they and any of their family members living together show no signs of infection, and they have not been advised to observe quarantine by authorities.

Our Driver Partners are also required to use the Aarogya Setu app to ensure that they are not at risk at any point before, during and after a trip.
