A bit of sparkle was just what I needed last Saturday as I indulged in the new bottomless Veuve Clicquot brunch at Mrs Sippys. Yes, that’s right — bottomless, unlimited, life-giving, free-flowing Veuve Clicquot!
We started off with an array of delicious seasonal fruit and golden chia pot, activated buckwheat granola, coconut yoghurt and maple stewed fruit.
The succulent main course spread includes smoked trout blini stack horseradish cream, pickled cucumber, lemon & sturgeon caviar, the brunch pizza with prosciutto, egg, heirloom tomato, ricotta, chilli charred greens & fresh basil and a poached chicken super salad with avocado, egg, grilled eggplant, pickled vegetables & spiced nuts.
And of course, who could forget the ravishing brioche french toast, rhubarb & strawberry compote, vanilla ice cream & candied walnuts.
Running from 11–4pm every Saturday, The Brunch at Mrs Sippy offers two different bottomless packages; $140 for unlimited Veuve Clicquot & Veuve Clicquot Rosé or $99 for unlimited Chandon Brut NV & Chandon Brut NV Rosé. Yes you read that correctly, bottomless, life-giving, Veuve Clicquot!
The vino fans are also sorted with both packages include unlimited Mrs Sippy by Simon Gilbert Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc & Domaine Chandon Pinot Noir Rosé.
