We’re new to this space so I thought I’d take this opportunity for you, our valued readers, to get to know us.
We’re a unique and eclectic group of peeps that love tech.
All of us love tech in different ways so here goes:
JP Thor — The dude, the man, the legend. This guy is our ringleader. He’s the one person that loves apps more than I do. He’s an adventurer, whether it be to far flung countries or learning how to bring his own ideas to life. Fear has no hold on this bloke. Probably because he has 8 brothers (yeah, you heard me), who in their spare time build dams and catch crocodiles. Don’t be fooled, this guy is super smart. You’ll hear a lot of technical blog pieces from him as he breathes tech, and Apple products.
Dany K— That’s me :) So what can I say, well second to JP, I really do love apps. Currently I’m into Periscope, Slack, Lunar Phase, Glow, VSCO and of course the usual Insta, FB What’s app etc. I live in the Silicon Valley, and thrive on keeping folks connected and happy. My blog pieces will often be about how our communication and technology responds to our lives and the community. In my spare, spare time (you’ll notice it’s not been for a while as that spare time is becoming a rarity) I blog on travel and other fun stuff. Click on my profile to find my work elsewhere.
Bobbie — This gentleman is the finance guru. You need to understand international tax, or any of the blingo lingo and how that pertains to technology: look no further. His drink of choice after a long day of hunting pigs is a Gin and Tonic with cucumber. He’s our token American who supports the crazy task of keeping the Aussie’s in line.
CMAC — Marketer extraordinaire. Welcome ladies and gentleman to the man who thrives on customer engagement. From taking creative content and pushing it through to our social media channels, or, talking with executives in regards to the next big thing… he’s got us covered. Like all other Aussies he likes to party like it’s 1999: his secret weapon on his way to networking with who’s who of tech, his partner in crime Celine. You’ll hear mostly marketing and social media blog posts from this engaging fellow.
Jacinta- Mummy, engineer and genius. This woman doesn’t know the word no, ask her to create a marketing plan and she’ll do it overnight, as well as feed the kids and finish her daytime job of keeping structures together. Jacinta’s a jill-of-all-trades and for you, our readers, it will always be a pleasant surprise to see what she posts. She too, like JP Thor, loves Apple products, however, in quiet appreciation (which is in stark contradiction to JP Thor’s overt love for all things touched by Steve Jobs).
